The president or Rotarian selected by a club, may chose to send an email Quarterly Report to all club members and club friends.

At the club's choice, the report may be divided into Rotary's avenues of service. It lists the service projects, the fundraisers, and the weekly meeting programs from the previous quarter. The advantage to this procedure is that not only are the club members reminded of that quarter's activities, but also the president and board of directors have a finger on the pulse of the club and can focus on the target of satisfying all avenues of service. The report may also serve as a great tool to recruit new members.
