Rotaract is a service organization created by Rotary International in 1968. Rotaract is available to men and women between the ages of 18-30 who are interested in making a difference locally, nationally, and internationally. Rotaract not only facilitates helping others but is also designed to develop leadership qualities among members through service and fellowship. Rotaract clubs can be community-based, or associated with a university or an institution of higher education.  Local Rotary Clubs sponsor Rotaract Clubs, but Rotaract members manage and fund their clubs independently.
